Bedrooms: Strip and replace all bed linens Make beds neatly (hotel-style presentation) Dust all surfaces (nightstands, lamps, headboards) Wipe down mirrors and glass Vacuum carpets / mop floors Check for items left behind Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilet, sink, tub, and shower Scrub tiles and remove soap scum Polish mirrors and fixtures Replace towels (fresh, neatly folded) Restock toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo if provided) Empty trash Kitchen: Clean countertops and backsplash Wipe down appliances (fridge exterior, microwave, stove) Clean inside microwave Wash dishes or load/run dishwasher Empty trash and replace liner Restock essentials (coffee, paper towels, etc.) Living Areas: Dust all surfaces (TV stands, tables, décor) Vacuum rugs and furniture Mop hard floors Fluff pillows and arrange furniture neatly Wipe down high-touch areas (remotes, switches, handles) Laundry & Turnover Task: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels Replace with fresh sets Inspect for stains/damage Keep linen closet organized Final Touches: Set thermostat appropriately Turn lights on/off for presentation Stage home (pillows, blankets, décor) Leave a welcome note or small touch if requested Do a final walkthrough for perfection
